Refund Policy
Last updated August 29, 2026
Website design is custom project work. Payment schedules and refund terms for individual projects should be stated in the invoice or written scope.
Before Work Begins
A cancellation before work begins may be eligible for a refund, less disclosed non-refundable third-party costs or transaction fees.
After Work Begins
Amounts covering completed custom design, development, research, content, or configuration may be non-refundable. Any remaining refund depends on the written agreement and completed work.
Third-Party Costs
Domains, hosting, licenses, stock assets, plugins, platform fees, and other third-party purchases may be non-refundable when the provider does not refund them.
Scope Changes
Requested changes in scope, business direction, features, or client content do not automatically create a refund right.
Contact
Refund or cancellation questions may be submitted through the contact form.
