Submitting the contact form stores the supplied information for review and does not create a contract, guarantee acceptance, or collect payment.

Project Scope

Packages include only the pages, features, revisions, and services stated in the selected package or written scope. Added work may require additional fees.

Client Materials

Clients are responsible for supplying accurate information and having permission to use materials they provide.

Turnaround and Revisions

Turnaround begins after required information, assets, access, and applicable payment requirements are received. Included revisions are limited to the agreed scope.

Third-Party Services

Domains, hosting, email, booking systems, eCommerce platforms, and other third-party products may have separate fees and terms.

Search Engines and Ownership

SEO setup does not guarantee rankings or indexing. Ownership and delivery rights are handled by the written project scope; third-party assets remain subject to their licenses.

Acceptable Use and Limitation

Services may be declined for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, or abusive projects. Clients remain responsible for their business claims, legal disclosures, and content.
